The instructions on how to program the decoder are terrible !!!! Firstly, there are missing steps in the instructions i.e. in some parts the step to press <enter> is omitted and therefore the programming doesn't work. Whoever is in charge of writing the procedure should be sacked - obviously they didn't test the instructions with someone who was new to the product. I'm amazed that Faller have allowed this to happen and the only reason I'm using this product because no other decoder will fit in the Faller product. I'm now very wary of buying anymore Faller products that involve a motor. I have written to Faller about this but they have completely ignored me, so if you buy a Faller product don't expect any after sales support.
